DISCUSSION
(4) Become familiar with Medicaid and third
party billing regulations.
(5) Establish a staff development plan and begin
to educate staff and community about HCR
regulations and shift in service delivery.
(6) Obtain Drug Medi-cal certification,
(7) Be State certified by one of the ten
accreditations, and
(8) Implement Electronic Medical Records
(EMRs).
*A licensed professional should be any of the
following: a Physician or a Psychiatrist, a
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),
and a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).
Grace Gonzales and Sandra Corner from El
Proyecto del Barrio, which is a FQHC, stated that
the Public Health Section 330 Grant does not
