(4) Become familiar with Medicaid and third<br />

party billing regulations.<br />

(5) Establish a staff development plan and begin<br />

to educate staff and community about HCR<br />

regulations and shift in service delivery.<br />

(6) Obtain Drug Medi-cal certification,<br />

(7) Be State certified by one <strong>of</strong> the ten<br />

accreditations, and<br />

(8) Implement Electronic Medical Records<br />

(EMRs).<br />

*A licensed pr<strong>of</strong>essional should be any <strong>of</strong> the<br />

following: a Physician or a Psychiatrist, a<br />

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),<br />

and a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).<br />

the <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Health</strong> Section 330 Grant does not<br />
