III. Prevent Wastages - They shall:
20. check various Departments/Sections/Shops to ensure
that lights and fans have been switch off by staff before
leaving that particular premises. If not switch off, they
shall do so themselves as per procedure and submit
report;
21. check lavatory blocks to ensure that water taps have
been turned off. If not, turn the same off and report if
any leakages are noticed;
B Maintain Law & Order in the premises of Undertaking and to
that end shall:
22. intervene & stop any assault that takes place in the
premises of Undertaking, taking action & submitting
report as per procedure;
23. control queues at the Undertaking’s grain shops;
24. control/regulate movements of members of public and
staff at social function and at exhibitions;
25. ensure that no member of the staff assaults/intimidates
any outsider on the premises of the Undertaking;
C. Safe-Guard the Interests of the
Nation/Government/Management and to that end shall :-
26. not permit any outsider/unauthorized person to loiter/or
to go through or take away any of the Undertaking’s
records;
