9.1 Establishment:
VIGILANCE AUDIT SECTION
The Vigilance Audit Section is formulated to keep check our outdoor
staff of Supply Division, who are working on various Chowkies
/Receiving Sub-station / work sites and to ensure man and materials
of the Undertaking are being used efficiently and economically. The 2
Audit Assistant Officers, 2 Officers are placed in this section, who are
under overall supervision and control of Dy. Internal Auditor.
9.2 OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF VIGILANCE AUDIT
SECTION:
The Audit Assistants and Supervisors has to ensure that –

(i) to carry out supervise inspection of various Supply Chowky,
Receiving Stations, etc.;
(ii) to report to the senior officers regarding discrepancies observed
during site inspection;
(iii) to follow up of the discrepancies noticed;
