RULE No.3
Once the Scholarship is granted to an employee it will continue for one
academic year only.
RULE No.4
The year for the purpose of the payment of Scholarships will be academic year,
for secondary education and colleges.
RULE No.5
In any individual cases not covered under these rules the actual
amount of Scholarships shall be fixed by the General Manager after
taking all the factors into consideration.
RULE No.6
In the case of secondary education scholarships will be given for Stds.
VIII to X and Std. XI and XII will be covered under Higher Secondary
Education.
RULE No.7(A)
A Committee consisting of the Chief Engineer Supply, the
Chief Engineer Transport, the Chief Traffic Manager, the Chief
Accountants Officer, the Chief Personnel Officer and the Chief Welfare
Officer will scrutinize and decide the award of Scholarships subject to
the final approval of the General Manager.
The Chief Engineer Supply will act as Chairman and the Chief Welfare
Officer will act as Secretary of this Committee.
