Under the Scholarship Scheme, Scholarships to the children of the
Officers/employees of the Undertaking will be awarded on the following
basis :-
RULE No.1
a) Secondary Education (Std. VIII to X)
All students passing with not less than 50% (45% in case of students
belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, nomadic and other
backward classes) of the total marks in the preceding examination will
be awarded Scholarships at Rs. 150.00 per annum (i.e. at the rate of
Rs. 12.50 per month)
b) Higher Secondary Education (Std. XI & XII)
All students passing with not less than 50% (45% in case of students
belonging to Scheduled castes, Scheduled Tribes, nomadic & other
backward classes) of the total marks in the preceding examination will
be awarded Scholarships at Rs. 400.00 per annum i.e. at the rate of
Rs.200/- per term, irrespective of the classes being located in
Secondary Schools or Colleges.
RULE No.2
College Education (Post-Higher Secondary Education)
All students passing the respective examinations with not less than
45% (40% in the case of students belonging to Schedule Caste,
Scheduled Tribes, nomadic and other backward Classes) of the total
marks in the preceding examination will be awarded scholarships as
per Annex. ‘A’ reproduced below :-
