All Heads of the Departments are requested to forward
upto date list of premises to be covered under insecticide
treatment contract.
Every year estimates are obtained from the Insecticide
Officer of MCGM regarding insecticide treatment to be given
to the various premises of the Undertaking. A detailed list
is forwarded to the Insecticide Officer for inspecting the
premises to enable them to forward the estimated cost of
the treatment.
The estimated cost forwarded by the Insecticide Officer
are scrutinized and are put up for Managements approval.
After Managements approval, it is reported to the B.E.S.&T.
Committee as required under section 460 K(d) of the MMC
(Amendment) Act, 1999. The committees sanction is also
obtained as required u/s 460-M of the MMC(Amendment)
Act 1999, for dispensing with the invitation of tenders by
public advertising.
9. GOOD HOUSEKEEPING SCHEME :
The Good Housekeeping Scheme has been introduced
with the aim of generating awareness of maintaining proper
cleanliness at the work places and also to ensure the
