Monthly consolidated jobs for % loss of kms. physical
performance, Sr. & Jr. Driver Incentive Bonus jobs.
i) After receiving floppies from Zonal DVR computer
centre files of monthly job are to be read and processed
consolidated statement of % loss of kms and physical
performance.
ii) After Name updation job is completed input master file
for Transportation Engineering incentive bonus and
driver bonus are to be created.
iii) Consolidated monthly weekly off files is to be created
after receiving weekly off files from all depots. After
creating consolidated weekly off file, this file is to be
send to Zonal Computer Centre on floppies for their
monthly job.
iv) After receiving driver incentive bonus – bpt and fot files
of all depots from Zonal Computer Centre, Incentive
Bonus job is to be executed for 1 st and 3 rd cycles and
P03.tr.dvr files along with summaries are to be given to
payroll for monthly payroll jobs.
5.2.5.7 Scholarships :-
i) Scholarships jobs and printing is to be processed as per
Sy.O.’s instructions and to be send to Welfare
Department.
5.2.5.8 Printing jobs :-
Printing other than scheduled jobs :-
i) Jobs processed by D.E. Sup., D.E. Optr. Printouts are to
be collected and hand over to the respective D.E.
Sup./D.E.Optr.
ii) Jobs processed by Sy.O./Asst.Sy.O. such as reports or
any statements for users reference are to be collected
and to be send to the respective Sy.O./Asst.Sy.O.
