vii) Under the E-Tender Project, the General Terms
and Conditions and Specific Terms and
Conditions were finalised by a team of officers
of EDP, MM Departments and after discussion
with Audit and Accounts Departments. It was
decided to process 10 E-Tenders on Trial basis.
The tender was processed for the selection of
ASP for the 10 E-Tenders to be processed. The
1 st E-Tender is hosted on the web on 9.6.2005.
4.1.2.2.10. Security and Vigilance Department:
The work of maintaining seniority list of the staff is
computerised.
4.1.2.2.11. Medical Department:
The following applications are computerised :-
i. Printing of Health Card
ii. Inventory of Drugs
iii. Blood Group History
4.1.2.2.12. E.D.P. Department
EDP Department’s applications of seniority list,
Library Maintenance for tapes and books, leave
particulars and despatch system are computerised.
4.1.2.2.13. Audit Department
Application of maintenance of leave records of A & B
Grade Officers, Car Loan System, the LTA/Encashment
system are developed and implemented. The grading
position system is partly implemented and is under
testing.
