well as Importing and Exporting data for payroll.
g) Income Tax Section :
i) Data entry of monthly advices to be considered for
Income Tax processing. Viz. Declaration of
investments, Investment verification forms, Form-
12C, Final bills, and any other adjustments.
ii) Data Import/Export
To import data from EDP Department after
monthly processing of Income Tax
To export data for monthly processing at EDP
Department
iii) Enquiry of monthly Income Tax Assessment.
iv) Viewing/Printing of FORM-16 & FORM-12BA,
F.Y. 2000-2001 onwards.
v) Program showing existing PAN (Permanent
Account No.) of a given employee, and allows
addition/ modification of the same.

Programme for keeping history of Cases and

4.1.2.2.8. Personnel Department
The work related to seniority status of A and B Grade
Officers and staff and the vacancy register is
computerised. The system for reserved categories is
developed.

The following systems are developed and implemented
in the Materials Management Department.
i) Bin Card System for Stores 270 and 288. The
same System is also implemented at Kussara
Stores.
ii) H.S.D. Oil System.
iii) Sub-Stores Data Entry Sub-system
iv) Material Control section’s system
v) Data Entry Program for petrol and lubricant
consumption by Officers.
vi) The On line computerisation for T-I, T-II and
General Stores is over and the same was
