24) To take out prints of drawings on the ammonia printing
machine when directed.
25) To collect, transport and store property items of stationery etc.
from the Stores Department.
26) To attend to the call bells of officers and staff.
27) To regulate entry of visitors to cabins of senior officers.
28) To attend to any other work of similar nature that may be
assigned by superiors and not expressly mentioned above.
29) To bring immediately to the notice of superiors any difficulty /
problems / unusual incidents if observed.
30) To report cases of thefts and incidents of extraordinary nature
when detected.
