instructions to be given to the Attorneys. All papers
concerning the matter shall then be forwarded to the
Attorneys under covering letter by the CLA and further
action as regards the holding of conference, attending
the matters etc. shall be taken by the CLA/LA under the
guidance of AGM(L).
GM shall be apprised of the decision of the court and
his instructions to adopt further proceedings or to
implement the order shall be obtained. Accordingly, the
Attorneys or Head of the Department, as the case may
be, shall be advised, to adopt further proceedings or
implement the order respectfully.
In this event of adopting further proceedings, after
obtaining the sanction of the GM similar procedure of
holding conferences, attending the court shall be taken
by the CLA/LA, to defend the matter.
Similarly on receipt of the order of the Industrial
Court against the Undertaking, the concerned officer of
the Legal Department to whom the respective court is
assigned shall prepare a note with his views in the
matter and a note will then be submitted to the GM by
AGM(L) through AGM(P) in case of service matters and
through concerned Head of Department in the other
matters for instructions and suggestions. If it is decided
to challenge the order of the Industrial Court then
CLA/LA shall forward the papers to our Attorneys giving
the facts of the case and the law point involved in the
