6) To give appointment to the candidates and arrange for his dose of
injection T.T. at the time of joining.
7) Maintain candidates' records and work out statistics, to send
candidates for re-medical examination.
8) To send the medical cards of candidates to respective depots after
the appointment of candidates.
9) To supervise the staff working under him and make alternate
arrangement of staff in case of shortage of staff in any of the depot
dispensaries.
10) Carry out duties of pharmacist-cum clerk in emergency, maintain
leave record of the dispensary staff, leave forms, LTA encashment
etc.
11) Prepare monthly absentee memo of doctors working as a "B" grade
officer in the zonal dispensaries.
12) Receive and forward the zonal dispatch by making necessary entries in the
dispatch book.
13) Arrangement of staff, doctors as per instructions of zonal M.O. within
zone and from the other zone.
14) Responsible for the custody of imprest cash and to maintain its register
daily up to date.
15) Preparing imprest cash bill for recoupment of cash and forward to Dy.
CMO for necessary remarks with medical bills
16)Emergency local purchase of drugs, parts of instrument and surgical item
etc.
17) Maintaining record of local purchase of drugs instrument surgical item etc.
18) Noting entries of drugs in the register as per prescription of doctors
of municipal hospital, specialist from Undertaking.
19) Maintaining record of cruches of all the depot dispensaries patients at
Dadar.
20) Responsible for supply of first aid box medicines for various sections
