1. Direct debiting system: first the goods, then the money!<br />

The best for you and us! Because...<br />

... in Germany and Austria you will pay after a period of 21 days after date<br />

of invoice by direct debit, for which we will reward you with a 2 % discount<br />

...we can process everything in an optimal way and thus save a lot of work<br />

and manpower.<br />

...you can return goods you do not like, you will get a credit note by mail<br />

and we will only debit the goods you are going to keep.<br />

...we save time by not having to ask constantly for information concerning<br />

refunds!<br />

2. Credit card: payment by credit card is fast and safe for international<br />

orders, debit will be made on the day of shipment. You will get your credit<br />

card debit note and will enjoy the extended term of payment of your credit<br />

card institute. Please make sure that your credit card is cleared for international<br />

payments.<br />

When returning goods for exchange or refund, credit will automatically<br />

be done to your credit card account. In every other respect credit card<br />

payments are as comfortable as direct debiting.<br />

3. Cash on delivery (only for domestic orders): you will pay for the goods<br />

directly upon receipt to the delivery man. Added to the postage fee you will<br />

find the current COD fees of Deutsche Post AG. So this really is the most<br />

expensive method of payment for our customers.<br />

4. Advance payment: Possible for all of our German and international<br />

customers. We will send a detailed order confirmation after receipt of<br />

your requirements. Please transfer the amount stated at the end of the<br />

order confirmation, also indicating your client no., to one of the accounts<br />

mentioned hereinafter. The goods will be sent upon credit of the amount<br />

to our account.<br />

In order to avoid discrepancies in the invoice amount, it is mandatory that<br />

you wait for the order confirmation before transferring funds!<br />

Deliveries<br />

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped soonest possible by regular<br />

parcel mail. If our stock is insufficient because of popular demand or a<br />

immediate shipping should not be possible for another valid reason, you<br />

will be informed within a week.<br />

Part orders are only done if explicitly advised by you; else we will l wait<br />

until the order is complete. Back orders are done only if the value of goods<br />

on the back order amounts to at least 20,- €.<br />

Delivery to another address<br />

You are working and cannotaccept your package at home? No problem,<br />

we can deliver without additional costs to any address you state.<br />

Shipping & handling fees<br />

Domestic: we charge a handling fee of 5,90 € for postage and packaging<br />

for all shipments in Germany. Postage for back orders will be paid<br />

by us.<br />

International: for international shipments we will be applying real accruing<br />

costs, which of course will be stated on the invoice. A rough chart<br />

of shipping costs is displayed on our homepage: www.sakkara.de<br />

Additional service – delivery made to a specific date or express<br />

service<br />

Should you desire express service for your order, we will add a<br />

surcharge of 10,- € per order in addition to the regular shipping and<br />

handling fees. Express service only, if the order is processed in our<br />

office before noon (12.00 o’clock) and all merchandise is in stock.<br />

Important: The surcharges and fees are non-refundable, even if you<br />

decide to return the merchandise for refund.<br />

Returns and Refunds<br />

Of course we want to give you an ample opportunity to check your<br />

goods without haste. Therefore we grant a period of 14 days after<br />

receipt of goods for exchange and refund.<br />

Should you want to exchange something, we will apply shipping and<br />

handling fees again, notwithstanding previous code of practices.<br />

Should an exchange be necessary through a fault of our personnel<br />

(e.g. wrong item packed), then of course no fees will be invoiced for<br />

the exchange shipment. When returning merchandise for refund or<br />

exchange, the corresponding amounts will be balanced against the<br />

original invoiced amount or – if already paid for – refund non-cash, for<br />

which we will need your valid account data of course. The legal right of<br />

withdrawal is unaffected thereof.<br />

Revocation of agreement: Please read the passage concerning “instructions:<br />

revocation of agreement” in our Terms and Conditions<br />

Returns:<br />

Please refer to the information forms in your packages and read the<br />

chapter on correct handling of returns for domestic and international<br />

shipments.<br />

Domestic returns of merchandise:<br />

Please use the Return Form of Dt. Post AG which you will find in the<br />

package. For faster and easier handling please mark the items and<br />

quantities returned and fill in the return reason code. The documents<br />

also contain a Dt. Post AG return label, which you affix on the outside<br />

of your package. Postage thus will be paid by us – please drop it off at<br />

next Dt. Post AG location. Attention: please keep the delivery number<br />

which you will be given, that is your proof for correct return should the<br />

merchandise go missing. We need it to start an official enquiry.<br />

Please observe: Parcels that have not been prepaid will not be<br />

accepted and will be returned with corresponding surcharge to your<br />

address!<br />

International returns of merchandise:<br />

We are very sorry, but as of now we do not have the means to offer<br />

prepaid return labels for our international customers. Therefore we will<br />

have to ask you to prepay (stamp) your return packages. Should returns<br />

be necessary because our employees made a mistake (e.g. packing<br />

the wrong item), then of course we will refund the return postage, too.<br />

If you are not sure how to proceed, please contact us before returning<br />

the merchandise.<br />

For all non-EU-countries: we will have to pay custom fees once more if<br />

we cannot prove that the goods were originally sent by us. Therefore<br />

we absolutely need a copy of the invoice when you return goods.
