Miky Picon has returned to the elite ASP World Tour for 2008. His first year in the big league
was back in 2006. At that time he was only the third European ever to do so. Miky’s
most impressive achievement to date is perhaps his ability to come back and re-qualify
for a second time in 2008. He now faces a second shot at surfing ‘The Dream Tour’ alongside
the elite Top 45 surfers in the world.
Miky Picon calls Capbreton, SW France home. The waves in front of his house are hollow,
fast and powerful; a perfect training ground for one of the most successful French competitors.
He is naturally built for surfing, with quick reflexes helped by his Ju-jitsu training
programme. He has proved he has all the ingredients for success.
Aged 6, Miky first started surfing in Morocco His parents moved to France l where he
quickly he earned himself 2nd place in the French under 12s. He has since been bred
to succeed. Miky has a clean and professional approach. His surfing is radical and his
repertoire razor sharp.
At all levels of his career, Miky’s results have been incredible: He placed 9th in the
World Games at Huntington Beach, California in 1996. At home he has won the French
title four times and the Quiksilver Pro Junior twice in 1997 and 1999. Add to that two
European Championship titles in 1998 and 1999 and it was no surprise that his time on
the global scene was not far away. Later the same year and still a junior, he won the European
Professional Surfing Association Title. It was thanks to an invitational wildcard to
the Quiksilver Pro WCT event that he first caught the attention of the world. He finished
9th by beating Sunny Garcia and the number one at the time Danny Wills. It was a sign of
things to come.

Displaying ambition, strength of character and a fierce drive to succeed, Miky learned
fast and gradually rose through the rankings. He first made the cut onto the ASP World
Tour with the elite Top 45 surfers in the world in 2006. In contrast to the lower level
WQS Tour, the top tier of Pro surfing has fewer events, all held at prime locations around
the world. With the glory comes the even tougher prospect of surfing against the big
names at the most famous and challenging breaks in the world. The first year in the big
league did not go great for the young Miky; he bounced back into the WQS for 2007.
He took a break from the long travels and homesickness before the opening of the
European season. “Looking back, this was a really good decision”. This advantage showed
above his rival wildcards at the 2007 Rip Curl Pro in Hossegor, France. Miky reached the
quarterfinals. From here Miky went on to place in major events. After two 5th and two
9th place results in major 6 star events of 2007 he had confirmed his qualification for
the ASP World Tour. Miky finished the end of the 2007 WQS rated 14th. He had done
enough to make the cut.
His 2008 year has already started well. His career best result to date came early with
a 9th place finish in Tahiti. Such a confidence boost in a naturally competitive person
is just like fuelling a fire. Since then, Miky has shown that he is back as one of the elite,
which is where he intends to stay.

Miky Picon s’est à nouveau qualifié parmi les meilleurs surfeurs de L’ASP world Tour pour
2008. Sa première année sur le tour remonte à 2006. A ce moment là, il était seulement
le 3eme Européen à se glisser parmi l’élite mondiale. La meilleure performance de Miky
jusqu’ici est d’avoir eu la capacité de revenir à son meilleur niveau et de se requalifier
pour la deuxième fois en 2008. Il a maintenant une deuxième chance de surfer aux côtés
des 45 meilleurs surfeurs mondiaux sur le « Dream Tour ».
Micky Picon habite Capbreton, dans le sud-ouest de la France. Les vagues en face de
chez lui sont creuses, rapides et puissantes ; un parfait terrain d’entraînement pour le
surfeur Français le plus titré. Il est très en forme physiquement, il suit un programme
d’entraînement complet de Jiu-jitsu. Il a prouvé qu’il avait tous les ingrédients du succès.
Miky a commencé à surfer au Maroc à 6 ans. Ses parents se sont installés en France, ou
il s’est rapidement imposé en se classant Vice Champion de France chez les moins de 12
ans. Depuis il a tout fait pour réussir. Miky a une attitude très professionnelle. Son surf
est radical, fluide et puissant.
A chaque étape de sa carrière, Miky a obtenu des résultats incroyables : il s’est placé
9éme aux Championnat du monde à Huntington en Californie en 1996. En France Miky
été 4 fois champion de France, et a gagné deux fois la prestigieuse compétition du
Quiksilver Pro Junior à Capbreton en 97 et 99. Il faut ajouter également ses 2 titres de
Champion d’Europe en 98/99. Plus tard la même année, et toujours en junior, il gagne
l’European Professional Surfing Association. Grâce à ce titre il reçoit une invitation pour
participer au Quiksilver Pro WCT où il finit à la 9eme place en battant Sunny Garcia et le
n°1 de l’époque Danny Wills… C’était un signe que quelque chose allait se passer.

Ambitieux, avec une force de caractère et une féroce envie de réussir. Miky apprend vite
et monte progressivement dans le classement. En 2006, Miky se qualifie pour participer
au WCT, il sera confronté aux 45 meilleurs surfeurs mondiaux. Par rapport au circuit qualificatif,
le WQS, l’élite du surf Pro comprend moins de compétitions, mais elles se déroulent
sur les plus prestigieux spots de surf de la planète. Avec une popularité montante il
est encore plus difficile de surfer contre des grands noms du surf sur les plus célèbres et
difficiles vagues du monde. La première année sur le WCT a été difficile pour Miky, mais il
rebondira sur le circuit WQS en 2007.
Il fit un break afin de se ressourcer chez lui avant l’ouverture de la saison européenne.
« Quand j’y pense, c’était une bonne décision ». Il obtint l’avantage cette année là sur
les autres wildcards et (atteint) les quarts de final au Rip Curl pro 2007. Jusqu’ici, Miky
s’est toujours bien classé sur les grosses étapes. Après deux 5ème et 9eme place sur les
compétitions majeures (6 étoiles en 2007), Miky termine 14ème au classement général
du tour WQS 2007 et confirme sa qualification pour l’ASP World tour.
Sa saison 2008 a très bien commencé. Il a réalisé le meilleur résultat de sa carrière en se
classant 9eme sur l’étape de Tahiti. Une telle confiance en soi chez une personne naturellement
faite pour la compétition permet à Miky d’avoir un avenir très prometteur.
Miky a montré qu’il était de retour parmi les meilleurs surfeurs de la planète, et qu’il
faudra compter sur lui pendant quelques années encore.

Miky ha vuelto a la elite del circuito mundial ASP en el 2008. Su primer año en primera
división fue en el 2006. En aquel momento era tan solo el tercer europeo en conseguirlo. El
logro mas impresionante de Miky hasta el momento es quizás el haber vuelto a calificarse por
segunda vez en el 2008. Ahora se enfrenta por segunda vez al “Dream Tour” junto a la elite de
los mejores 45 surfistas del mundo.
Miky Picon reconoce Capbreton, en el suroeste de Francia como su hogar. Las olas en frente
de su casa son huecas, rápidas y con fuerza; el lugar de entrenamiento perfecto para uno
de los más exitosos competidores de Francia. El esta construido naturalmente para el surf,
con rápidos reflejos ayudado por su programa de entrenamiento basado en el Ju-jitsu. El ha
probado que tiene todos los ingredientes para el éxito.
A la edad de 6 años, Miky empezó a hacer surf en Marruecos. Sus padres se trasladaron a
Francia y rapidamente quedó segundo en el campeonato de Francia Sub 12. Desde entonces

Su forma de surfear es radical y precisa.
A todos los niveles de su carrera, los resultados de Miky han sido increíbles: quedó noveno
en el Campeonato del Mundo de Huntington Beach, California en 1996. En casa ha ganado el
titulo francés en 4 ocasiones y el prestigioso Quiksilver Por Junior dos veces en 1997 y 1999.
Añade a esto dos Campeonatos de Europa en 1998 y 1999 y no es ninguna sorpresa que su
sitio en la escena mundial no esta tan lejos. Mas tarde, ese mismo año y todavía siendo Junior
ganó el titulo de la Asociación Profesional de surfistas Europeos. Gracias a una invitación
como Wildcard para participar en el WCT Quiksilver Pro fue la primera vez que logró la atención
del mundo. Acabó en novena posición ganando a Sunny García y en esos momentos el
numero uno del ranking, Danny Wills. Fue una señal de lo que estaba por llegar.

Demostrando ambición, fuerza de carácter y una clara dirección hacia el éxito, Miky
aprendió rápido y fue subiendo puestos gradualmente en el ranking. La primera vez que
pasó el corte del Circuito Mundial ASP con la elite de los 45 mejores surfistas fue en el
2006. En contraste con el WQS, la primera liga del surf profesional tiene menos eventos y
en los mejores spots del mundo. Con la glorificante y a la vez dura perspectiva de surfear
contra los grandes nombres en los mas famosos y desafiantes spots del mundo. El primer
año en primera division no fue muy bien para el joven Miky, el tuvo que volver al WQS en
el 2007.
Tomó un respiro de tantos viajes largos y tanta nostalgia por su tierra antes de que
empezara la ronda europea. “Mirando atrás, fue una gran decisión”. Esta ventaja le sirvió
contra sus contrincantes wildcards en el Rip Curl Pro de Hossegor, Francia, en 2007. Miky
se clasificó en cuartos de final. Desde aquí Miky pasó a obtener buenos resultados en
eventos importantes. Después de dos 5º y dos 9º en un campeonato de 6 estrellas en
el 2007 el había confirmado su clasificación para el Circuito Mundial ASP. Miky acabo al
final del circuito WQS clasificado en la posición 14. Lo suficiente para pasar el corte.
Su 2008 ya ha empezado bien. El mejor resultado de su carrera hasta el momento vino
pronto con un 9º puesto en Tahiti. Ese impulso de confianza en una persona competitiva
fue como alimentar el fuego. Desde entonces Miky ha mostrado que ha vuelto como
uno mas de la elite, que es donde el pretende estar.
‘Este modelo satisface todas mis expectativas. Sus formas envuelven perfectamente mi cara con

niet; de band, de batterij, het glas en de kast. Normale slijtage, beschadiging, schade als gevolg van service door een niet geautoriseerde instantie
of beschadiging door onjuist gebruik valt niet onder deze garantiebepalingen. Bijvoorbeeld, de gevolgen van het openen van het horloge
of het indrukken en uittrekken van de knoppen onder vochtige omstandigheden valt niet onder de garantiebepalingen. Een beroep op deze
garantiebepalingen kan allen dan worden gedaan in combinatie met het aankoopbewijs bij een geautoriseerde Quiksilver dealer.
Indien de behuizing van het horloge geopend wordt door een niet geautoriseerd persoon of bedrijf vervalt de garantieregeling. Voor alle
horloges van
20 ATM of minder vervalt het recht op garantie indien de knoppen onder water worden bediend.

pequena descrição do problema, ou do serviço que pretendem.

o substituir por
outro igual, ou, no caso de não o termos em stock, poder substituí-lo por outro parecido em modelo e, ou em valor.
5. Recomendamos vivamente que envie o relógio através de um serviço de transporte que providencie ao expedidor uma prova de envio.
