and outdoor shot put. He set the school record in the hammer throw with

track teams at Stony Point HS. He was a two-time all-district honoree
in football. As a junior he placed fifth at the Texas Relays and sixth in
the state in the shot put. As a senior, he tossed the shot a school record
59-0. He earned the Outstanding Community Service Card by performer
more than 80 hours of service. Personal: Garza is the son of Eugene
Garza and Rosalinda Trevathan and is studying Political Science and
