in the 300-meter hurdles. Personal: Butler is the son of Eugene and<br />

Antionette Butler and is studying Computer Science. His twin brother,<br />

at Weslaco East HS. He was the track<br />

team’s MVP and set school records in<br />

the 400-meter dash, 4x100-meter relay,<br />

4x200-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay. He was a three-time regional<br />

qualifier. He was a three-time all-district performer in football and also<br />

earned academic all-state honorable mention honors. He was part of a<br />

state championship team in powerlifting. Personal: Cuellar is the son of<br />

Armando and Nelda Cuellar and is studying Range and Wildlife Management.<br />

His father played football at Monterrey Tech in Mexico.<br />

meters. He was named to the All-LSC<br />

team after finishing second in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the<br />

conference championship meet. During the indoor season, he broke his<br />

own school records in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the Lafeyette Rider<br />

Bellaire. He was named team MVP. Personal: Dandena is the son of<br />

team MVP in track and finished in fifth<br />

place in the state meet in the shot put. He was an all-district and all-area<br />

defensive end in football. Personal: Davis is the son of Paula Franklin<br />

and is studying Industrial Technology with a minor in Business.<br />

the decathlon with 5,819 points. His<br />

best events were the 110 hurdles, long<br />

jump, javelin and 1,500 meters. High School: Engel was a member<br />

of three division title track teams at Edison HS. He was a member of<br />
