the materials we use. We are convinced that our products will give you the ultimate feeling of freedom and
individuality. Come and look at our custom parts yourself. In addition to refining Harley Davidson bikes,
professional customising has also long been part of our group's portfolio. Use RST products to make

Your bike will not only profit from the design of the RST brake system, but also from the
optimised brake control.
All RST brake callipers and assembly kits are made of high-quality aluminium in Germany.
The parts, which are milled from solid metal, are then finished by attaching the corresponding
brake lining. High-quality materials are also used for the accessories.
The RST brake callipers are available in a 4 and 6-piston version. The TÜV part certificate
is included in the delivery. The assembly kits for the brake calliper need to be ordered
separately. The vehicle-specific kits also contain all necessary screws, spacer sleeves and
nuts. Here again, we only use high-quality aluminium and stainless steel.

RST stainless steel brake discs for complex braking requirements be it on wet or dry roads.
For best braking results, we recommend our soft, asbestos - free RST brake lining compound
- either as original replacements or for custom conversions.
The brake discs are available for the front and rear wheel.

hand brake cylinder.
Our hand brake cylinders are made of high quality aluminium in Germany. The brake cylinder,
which is milled from solid metal, is completed with the matching brake lever. High quality
material is also used for the accessories.
The RST brake cylinders are available in three different versions. The TÜV-part certificate
is included in the delivery.

The clutch cylinders, which are milled from solid metal, are completed with the matching

RST steel flex hoses ensure that you come to a standstill safely.
When original brake hoses are used, the braking pressure usually deteriorates as the
rubber hose expands; the consequence is soft and spongy braking behaviour. The braking
point is not ideal and can lead to uncontrolled situations on the road.
We use hoses with braided stainless steel. The RST steel flex hoses are designed so that
they cannot expand when under pressure. This optimises the braking pint and transfers
the braking force without any loss of power. The high strength of the material ensures
optimised braking even in extreme situations

The RST triple tree guarantees a comfortable sitting position (0°/3°/5°/6°).
The RST triple trees, which are milled from solid metal, are available in a width of 250 mm.
Safety, excellent driving properties and simple assembly are the basic features of the RST
triple trees. These are made of high quality aluminium in Germany.
The triple trees are available in a high gloss finish matching to our RST program, in a matt
black powder - coated version or in the RST - cut - out design and for the standpipe diameters
39 mm, 41,3 mm and 49 mm.

Each front fork has a significant influence on the design and styling of the motorcycle.
Our RST complete forks are made of high quality aluminium in Germany. The triple trees,
outer pipes, standpipes and steering stoppers that are milled from solid metal are completed
with the matching accessories. High quality material is also used for the accessories.
RST complete triple trees are available in two different designs, the TÜ V -part certificate is
included in the delivery. The complete forks are supplied with all necessary screws, spacer
sleeves and nuts. Here again, only high quality aluminium or stainless steel is used.

The RST handlebar raising kits make every biker's heart beat a little bit faster. Thanks
to the 4 - point handlebar holder and the offset shape, a comfortable sitting position is
guaranteed.
The handlebar, be it a 1 inch or 1¼ inch, is brought into the right position by the RST
handlebar raising kits for hours of relaxed cruising. Safety, an optimised hold and simple
assembly are the basic features of the RST handlebar raising kits. These are made of high
quality aluminium in Germany. The handlebar raising kits are high gloss finish and are
available in matt black powder - coated version or in a cut - out design and in the construction
size +10 cm and +15 cm.

Change your bike's appearance using wheels from RST.
The wheels made of high quality F 39 Billet-aluminium are extremely strong and round off
the appearance of your bike thanks to the various designs. Thanks to the pre - mounted
standardised ball bearings, it is very easy to change a wheel. The centre of the wheel is
attached to the aluminium wheel rim using titanium screws and self - locking nuts.
We offer the following wheel rim finishes:

The installation of the lowering element keeps your Harley Davidson at the right sitting
height and lowers the overall look! Our rear lowering elements are adapted and tested for
each vehicle in our own R&D department. We modify the swash plate of the shock absorber
using various systems to guarantee you better safety and an enhanced appearance.
To retain the desired low-rider look, the distance between the rear fender and the tyre is
modified depending on the model. Thanks to the general operating licence, it is no longer
necessary to pay for this to be entered into the vehicle papers. Enjoy cruising with an RST
lowering element.
