The <strong>Texas</strong> <strong>Supplemental</strong> National Drug Code (<strong>NDC</strong>) file has been updated with the<br />
procedure code/<strong>NDC</strong> pairs in the following tables. Claims with these procedure<br />
code/<strong>NDC</strong> pairs and dates of service on or after the indicated dates may have been<br />
denied in error by <strong>Texas</strong> Medicaid and the Children with Special Health Care Needs<br />
(CSHCN) Services Program. Affected claims will be reprocessed and providers may<br />
receive additional payment, which will be reflected on Remittance and Status (R&S)<br />
Reports.<br />
