PestNetOnline can be configured to suit your
data needs, at both site and user level – you
can control what data your users have access
to. You can use the interactive site plans to
identify areas of your site with infestations,
as well as the analysis and report functions.
Both of these tools have additional multi site
functionality; for example, Reports enables you
to group several sites together so that you can
run a query across a Site Collection.
PestNetOnline is the perfect system to store all of your pest management
data electronically, replacing traditional paper based systems. The data
is uploaded by our technician in real time ensuring that your records are
always up to date. The application is safe, reliable and easily accessible,
making it appropriate for recording, storing and auditing data.
A safe place for all your pest
control records
Providing you with peace of mind is an
important part of PestNetOnline. The system
is password protected with controlled
access lists. Furthermore, the passwords are
stored as hash values so are known only to
you. Communications between you and
PestNetOnline are encrypted using HTTPS
ensuring that your data is always safe and
the PestNetOnline server is secured in a
data center with restricted access. We
frequently back up the server to protect
your data in the event of server failure.

A bespoke barcoding system uniquely
identifies pest control points, against which
data is recorded by our technicians using
PDA’s. This data is then uploaded real time
directly onto PestNetOnline, which is an online
application meaning that you can immediately
access your business’ information from
anywhere. You can view your data through a
range of application tools, or export it for use
in your own systems. Whether you are a fully
audited customer that needs to have detailed
records of your pest control, or a business
that only needs to demonstrate duty of care,
PestNetOnline can be tailored to your needs.
How does PestNetOnline work?
Our technician installs PestNetOnline barcodes
into your site
On every visit to your site, our technician will
scan each barcode on your site with a PDA,
capturing data specific to that location
At the end of the visit, the technician wirelessly
transmits your visit data from his PDA to our
secure servers, which is then immediately
available on PestNetOnline
You will receive an e-mail letting you know that
new visit data is available for you to view
PestNetOnline’s innovative tools enable you
to view, export and analyse the data giving
an unprecedented level of insight and
understanding of pest activity on your site

exporting all visit and pest data, you can open
a site plan for that specific location or view the

Recommendations to help you improve
your pest management
You can demonstrate compliance by working
with us to enhance your site’s defences against
pest infestations. Our technicians will make
recommendations to you, indicating how
important the changes are and whether we
can offer further assistance. You can view all
of your recommendations on PestNetOnline
and progress them from ‘Unactioned’ to
‘Pending’ to ‘Closed’ adding feedback to us
at each stage, proving a proactive approach
to pest management.
Interactive site plans to demonstrate your
pest control coverage
Site plans show all of the barcoded locations
across your site, graphically displaying your
defences against pest infestations. The plans
highlight infested areas with flashing images,
which you can filter by type or expand for
more in depth location information.
Customisable charts to assist you in
identifying pest trends across your sites
A variety of modifiable chart tools support your
pest management by identifying seasonal
and / or topical pest activity. The charts give
a quick snapshot of the condition of your
portfolio, e.g. multi site options can help to
recognise problem sites.
Schedulable reports that deliver bespoke
data directly to your inbox
You can choose between four different types
of reports which can be tailored to extract
information to your specifications – pest
activity, recommendations, tasks and visits.
The Reports function can be used to highlight
either sites where pest infestations have been
recorded or those that are clear of any pest
activity. Reports are automatically generated
and emailed directly to your inbox – you don’t
even have to login to PestNetOnline to find out
the latest status of your sites.
Multi site tools to help you manage your
entire portfolio
A range of tools help you to identify specific
sites in your portfolio with pest problems or
outstanding recommendations so that you
can focus your time and resource where it is
needed. These tools include the Sites function
which displays a summary of the current status
of your whole estate. The Site Collections
function enables you to run reports across
a selection defined by you.
