ESTIMADOS CLIENTES Y AMIGOS:
Al llegar esta época del año en que nos encontramos organizando el
remate, haciendo el catálogo, evaluando nuestros productos, se genera
también un espacio de reflexión, de ver a donde llegamos y para donde
queremos ir. El resultado de hoy es las decisiones tomadas hace ya
muchos años.
Esto viene a cuento porque al revisar el catálogo nos vamos a encontrar
con que entre los productos hay 10 padres distintos. Hay padrillos europeos
consagrados (Burggraaf o Concorde), padrillos europeos nuevos
(Orlando), padrillos sangre pura de carrera de destacada actuación (Gem
Master), padrillos con destacada actuación en las pistas (Quapillon Metodo),
padrillos con genética importados por nosotros (Red Devil) y también
padrillos de nuestra propia cría seleccionados por sus condiciones y su
genética (Be Eme Black Devil y Be Eme Carthago).
La selección de estos padrillos no es casual: una de las cosas que
aprendimos es que no existe el padrillo perfecto para todas las yeguas
y otra es que el camino pasa por probar cuales son las mejores combinaciones
para lograr el mejor producto. Por eso hemos seleccionado
el mejor “marido” para cada una de nuestras yeguas de “las mejores
líneas maternas”.
Este es nuestro aporte a la permanente búsqueda en que estamos embarcados
criadores, jinetes, propietarios y todos aquellos que trabajamos,
amamos y nos apasionamos por esta actividad.

DEAR FRIENDS AND CLIENTS
When the time comes again to organize our sale, we find ourselves
making the catalog, evaluating our products, and also it becomes a
time to reflect, to look back on what we’ve done, and see where we
want to go. What happens today is a reflection of decisions made many
years back.
All this comes to mind when we look at the catalog and see that among
the products there are 10 different sires. There are the well proven
European stallions (Burggraaf or Concorde), the new European stallions
(Orlando), the thoughrobred stallion with excellent performance (Gem
Master), the performance stallion (Quapillon Metodo), the stallion with
top genetics selected by us (Red Devil) and also the stallions bred by us
and selected for their genetics and conditions (Be Eme Black Devil and
Be Eme Carthago).
This selection was not done by chance: one of the things that we’ve
learnt is that there isn’t a perfect stallion for each mare and that we
always need to prove what is the best combination. That’s why we
strive to chose the best match for each of our selected mares.
Such is our contribution to the unending search that all of us, breeders,
riders, owners and all that work, love and get passionate for this
activity.

Uno de los grandes padrillos de nuestro tiempo. Su padre, Landgraf produjo más
de 50 padrillos aprobados y 70 yeguas “State Premium” sólo en Alemania.
El abuelo materno, Cor de la Bryere, es un reconocido jefe de raza, entre sus
descendientes podemos nombrar a Calando, Caletto, Chanel, Corlandus, etc.
Loanda la madre de Burggraaf, proviene de la línea 7126, famosa por haber
producido entre otros a Accord I, II y III, Fra Diavolo, Freeman, Chicago.
Burggraaf fue sumamente exitoso en las pistas, logrando entre otros méritos,
superar los 2,10 mts montado por Roelf Bril.
Entre los hijos aprobados de Burggraaf podemos citar a Graaf Grande, Burgunder,
Manhattan, Murano y entre sus hijos internacionales a Burggravin,
Procops Dumbo, Sublieft, Graaf Obelisk y Power Point. También produce hijos
con excelentes movimientos que se destacan en adiestramiento como Florjin,
Louisville y Kingston.
One of the great sires of our time. His sire, top breeding stallion Landgraf, produced
over 50 approved stallions and over 70 state premium mares, just in
Germany. The dam’s sire is the famous sports horse producer Cor de la Bryere.
To mention a few names of his famous offspring in international showjumping:
Calando, Caletto, Chanel, Contrast and Corlandus. Burggraaf’s dam, Loanda, is
out of the unique Holsteiner breeding line 7126, which produced Accord I, II and

As an international showjumper, Burggraaf was very successful; ridden by Roelf

Su padre, Voltaire, a través de sus antecesores, Furioso II y Gothard ha sido criado
para la competencia. Voltaire alcanzó el 2º puesto en el ranking de padrillos de
la WBFSH en 1996 y ha sido clasificado keur y preferent en Holanda desde
muy joven.
La madre, Flyer, es hija del legendario Marco Polo, uno de los padrillos más
influyentes en la cría holandesa, con hijos tales como Irco Polo, Orpheus, etc.
Concorde participó en las competencias internacionales de la mano de Jos Lansink.
Ganaron el GP de Nordheim-Westfalen, entre otros y fueron campeones de
Holanda en 1994.
Como padre, Concorde ha sido el padrillo con más hijos en el Mundial de Caballos
Nuevos por tres años seguidos; sus hijos Audi’s Jikke, Kathia, Conquest II,

Sire of this stallion is the impressive dominant breeding stallion Voltaire, who
via his sire Furioso II and Gothard is bred to perform. Voltaire was 2nd in the

very early age.

Orlando es el padrillo perfecto con las mejores líneas de Europa. Su padre Heartbreaker
es uno de los mejores productores de caballos deportivos del momento.
La madre de Orlando es hija de Darco, gran ganador con Ludo Phillipaerts. Ganaron
las clasificatorias para la copa del mundo de Londres y Den Bosch, y
clasificaron 6º en los Juegos Ecuestres Mundiales de Estocolmo.
Entre los hijos más reconocidos de Darco se encuentran Jolly Boy, King Darco,
Nistria, Parco, etc.
Por línea materna, Gibramino es propio hermano del reconocido padrillo francés
Quastor.
La madre de Orlando ha producido el padrillo aprobado Versace, hermano materno
de Orlando.
Orlando claramente tiene una técnica destacable ya que ganó dos veces la competencia
de estilo de Aachen con 8,9 y 9,3 y tiene clasificaciones en competencias
internacionales, entre ellas 2º en Lennen CSIO y el campeonato belga
para 6 años.
Orlando is the perfect stallion with the best bloodlines of Europe. His sire Heartbreaker
is presently one of the best sports horse producers in Europe. Orlando’s

Quapillon Método saltó en Chile donde fue subcampeón en 2005 y 2006 y en
Argentina donde mostró grandes performances en El Capricho, entre otros, montado

Es hijo de Papillon Rouge, gran ganador internacional, campeón de Francia en

Quapillon Metodo jumped in Chile where he was vicechampion in 2005 and 2006
and in Argentina where he had some impressive performances at El Capricho
among others ridden by Bernardo Naveillán. Nowadays he competes in Europe in

México y luego continúa en la actualidad su carrera deportiva en USA.
Es hijo de Herr Calando, cuyo padre, Calando I fue campeón alemán en 1984 y clasificó
en los GP de Roma, Dublín y Calgary. Sus hijos más conocidos son: Canaris,
Careful, Castor y Cilton. Además es el padre de Perra, la madre de Carthago Z.
Su madre, Gama Carmela, posee un pedigree extraordinario (x Carthago x Laudanum
x Almé), y sus tres hijos, HJ Challenger (por Gafurio), HJ Crown (por HJ Saint

in the GP of Hamburg, Falsterbo and Geesteren and 4th in the GP of Aachen.
His dam sire, Burggraaf, is a product of the successful Holsteiner formula Landgraf
I/Cor de la Bryere and apart from his success in the show ring, he is the sire many

Su padre, Oberon du Moulin, fue finalista a los 4,5 y 6 años en Fontainebleau,
además de ganar grandes premios internacionales y es uno de los más reconocidos
hijos de Laudanum que encabezara la lista de padrillos europeos SPC en
CSO.
Entre sus hijos de destacan Equest Carnute, gran ganador internacional montado
por Thomas Velin participó en 4 Finales de la Copa del Mundo y ganó los GP de
Falsterbo y Copenhagen; Intrepide du Valon, montada por Alison Firestone, Ebert,
montado por Bernardo Alves, etc.
Magnus Orestes es hermano materno de Soy Hedonista, ganadora de Criadores
I y una de las mejores madres de Haras Windcrest, madre entre otros de Be
Eme Hedonista, exportada a México, BM Epicúreo I, padrillo, Be Eme Epicúreo
II, exportado a México y luego USA con excelentes resultados en las clases para
caballos jóvenes.

su 1er cría.
Su padre Kojak es hijo de Pit I, uno de los más destacados hijos de Pilot, entre
cuyos hijos se destacan Perina (Meredith Michaels), Paloma (Patricia Stovel) y
Picadilly (Debby Winkler); Pit I tiene más de 20 hijos aprobados.
Kojak se destacó en las pruebas de aprobación donde mereció tres 9 y un 8,5.
Lamentablemente, después de ganar la prueba de padrillos en 1997, debió ser
retirado por una lesión. Sin embargo, hoy sus hijos son muy demandados por
los jinetes de salto y se destacan en la escena internacional, podemos citar a
Orchidee que montada por Steve Guerdat clasificó para las Olimpíadas de Atenas
y a Oubertha montada por Gilbert Deroock.
El tatarabuelo Ulster, es uno de los mejores padrillos de Gran Bretaña tanto para
salto como adiestramiento. Antes de partir, dejó en Holanda a la madre de Jazz,
una de las “joyas de la corona” de ese país. Notablemente Lady Vira, abuela

His dam, Zigona, was imported by Haras Windcrest and this is her first offspring.
His sire dam, Kojak, is a son of Pit I, one of the direct descendants of the legendary
stallion Pilot who is renowned for stamping his ability on his progeny. That Pit
I bestows his showjumping genes on his offspring is evident with the international
showjumpers Perina (Meredith Michaels), Paloma (Patricia Stovel) and Picadilly
(Debby Winkler). Additionally there are more than twenty sons of Pit I approved.
Kojak excelled in all the jumping elements during his performance test with three
times a 9 and one 8.5. In 1997 Kojak was the winner of the stallion competition
and also the sire of the Dutch Champion filly foal.The offspring of Kojak are very
much in demand by the showjumping riders and perform extremely well in the
international jumping ring: for example Orchidee (Kojak x Jasper), ridden by Steve
Guerdat, qualified for the Olympics in Athens and Oubertha (Kojak x Cavalier)

Third sire Ulster,is one of the best dual purpose sires in the UK with many current

and Holland: Burggraaf (by Landgraf I and Loanda by Cor de la Bryere) who is

need no introduction.
All of Ondine’s progeny have been rated Prefer or Keur were it for their own
individual merits or for their offspring’s. His second dam, Kretienne scored a 9 for
her jumping in the Mare Test and she is in the damline of many good sport horses
such as President (by Clinton) approved in Belgium and owned by Princess Haya
of Jordania, and Ulises (by Ekstein) winner of the Zwolle Stallionshow.

Su madre, Irvana du Plessis, posee un pedigri extraordinario. En efecto, su padre,
Urleven Pironiere, ostenta el récord para el Ciclo Clásico francés: 30 recorridos

Her dam, Galatée du Defey, is a daughter of I Love You, winner of the World
Cup, Vienna 1983, Hose of the Year USA 1983, winner of the GP of Washington,
Toronto and Calgary and sire of very good winners. I love You is a son of Alme,
undisputed chef de race and of Elyria who is also the dam of Jolly Good, world
indoor record of puissance, and 2nd dam, among others of Alligator Fontaine,

On her dam line we find Narcisse, dam of Flambeau C, Dauphin XII, Baladin II,

CONDICIONES DE VENTA
ACLARACION:
La madre de los lotes 11 y 12, Angélica Z está registrada en studbook Zangersheide con Nº Z-568998. Por razones burocráticas ajenas al
Haras Windcrest, esta yegua ha sido registrada en AAFE como yegua base. Por lo tanto en la ficha de AAFE el pedigree de Angélica Z aparece
en blanco.
FACILIDADES DE PAGO:
Para aquellas personas que sean clientes de la firma martillera y tengan crédito acordado y actualizado con ella, las facilidades y modalidades
de pago serán 12 cuotas mensuales. Aquellos compradores que no tengan crédito preacordado con la firma, deberán indefectiblemente
abonar al contado y gozarán de un descuento sobre el precio de compra, igual que aquellos que opten por pagar la totalidad al contado.
Los compradores que compren con intención de exportar los animales, deberán saldar la totalidad de lo adeudado antes de proceder al
embarque de los equinos. Es imprescindible haber suscripto toda la documentación de compra con la firma martillera para poder retirar los
animales adquiridos.
CONDICIONES GENERALES:
Los equinos incluídos en el presente catálogo se venden conforme a las condiciones habituales de venta que corresponden a su tipo. Ante
cualquier duda se ruega consultar a la firma martillera antes del remate. La comisión a cargo del comprador será del 7 % y deberá ser
abonada al momento de suscribirse la documentación de compra junto con la parte de contado.
Todos los caballos están exentos del pago de IVA y de cualquier otro impuesto nacional o municipal, por tratarse de su primera venta.
Una vez bajado el martillo, el Club Hípico Argentino, el vendedor y la firma martillera, no responderán por la vida, salud o accidentes que
pudieren sufrir o causar los animales vendidos.
Es condición ineludible que los compradores suscriban la documentación de compra una vez finalizado el remate, y antes de retirarse del
predio. Los compradores deberán arbitrar los medios necesarios para la atención y cuidado de ellos, así como también encargar su transporte
al lugar de destino. La propiedad de los animales será entregada por la firma martillera una vez pagada la totalidad de la operación.
CONDICIONES SANITARIAS:
Todos los productos han sido sometidos a un control veterinario apoyado por placas radiográficas. Dado que los animales se encuentran
“a la vista” y que se les ha dado a los interesados el tiempo suficiente para que efectúen las revisaciones o inspecciones que consideren
apropiadas, por sí mismos o a través de los profesionales que designen, una vez bajado el martillo no se aceptará ningún tipo de reclamo ni
devolución por los animales adquiridos (excepto el anunciado en la “Garantía para Exportación”). Los animales se entregarán con sus correspondientes
Certificados de A.I.E., y de vacunación contra Influenza y Encefalomielitis, indispensables para que el comprador gestione el DTA.
GARANTIA PARA EXPORTACION:
Todos los animales que se vendan al exterior tienen garantía por los resultados de los análisis solicitados por el país de destino. Una vez
adquiridos, el comprador del exterior contará con 16 días para efectuar todos los análisis que solicite el país de destino en un laboratorio
reconocido. En caso de que el resultado de alguno de estos análisis impidiera el ingreso al pais de destino, se aceptará la devolución del
animal, reembolsándose todo el monto abonado hasta el momento y dando por resuelta la operación, sin más obligación que ésta por parte del
vendedor.

DESLINDE DE RESPONSABILIDAD TECNOLOGICA:
HARAS WINDCREST UTILIZARA LA TRANSMISION DEL REMATE POR INTERNET COMO ELEMENTO PROMOCIONAL EXCLUSIVAMANTE. No está
contemplado el uso de Internet como elemento de venta y no se aceptará reclamo alguno por las dificultades que pudiere tener el usuario de

Sistema Operativo y Aplicativo (software) del usuario, quedando también expresamente convenido que tampoco tendrán Haras Windcrest ni
ZeroDistance responsabilidad ninguna por posibles inconvenientes técnicos pudieren derivarse de la conectividad con los prestadores contratados
tanto por el usuario, como por Haras Windcrest y ZeroDistance para llevar a cabo la necesaria navegación a través de Internet.

GENERAL SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

reasons, such paper was not accepted by AAFE and so her full pedigree was not taken aand she was registered as “yegua base” and in AAFE
papers her pedigree is not shown.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment in terms for those who are regular clients and have an updated and agreed credit with the auction firm will be in 12 monthly instalments.
Buyers with no agreed credit must pay cash and will enjoy a discount on the purchase price, which will also be available to all buyers
willing to pay the total purchase price in cash. Buyers who intend to export their purchase will have to pay the total balance prior to shipment of
the horse. It is essential that all purchase documents have been executed with the auctioneer before the horses are released to the buyers.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The horses described in this catalog will be sold pursuant to the usual sale terms and conditions. Please, address any inquiries to the auctioneer
before the auction. Fee to be paid by the buyer will be 7% of the purchase price, to be paid at the time of the execution of the purchase
documents and payment of the balance due. All horses are exempted from payment of VAT and all other federal and/or municipal taxes on
account of this being their initial sale.
Once the hammer has fallen, the Club Hípico Argentino, the seller and the auctioneer will not be held liable for the life and health of the horses
sold or for any accidents that they may suffer or cause. Buyers will implement the necessary means to care and tend for the horses, as well as
for the transportation of said horses to their destination. Ownership of the horses will be conveyed by the auctioneer only after the balance due
has been paid in full.
SANITARY CONDITIONS:
All horses have had an X-ray check performed by a veterinarian, which can be reviewed. Since all horses are “on display” and the interested
parties have been given sufficient time to examine the horses as they deem appropriate, either in person or through a professional appointed by
them, once the hammer has fallen no claims or returns will be accepted (except pursuant to the “Export Guarantee”). Horses shall be handed
over with their corresponding EIA Certificates and vaccination against influenza and encephalomyelitis.
EXPORT GUARANTEE:
All horses sold with the intent to export are provided with a guarantee for the results of tests required by the country of destination. Once a
horse has been purchased, all clinical tests required by the country of destination must be performed by a recognized laboratory within a 16
day period. Should any of the tests performed prevent the horse from entering the country of destination, return of the horse will be accepted,
the total amount paid until that moment will be reimbursed and the transaction will be rescinded with no further obligation by the seller.
