Wise Chem Epoxy Coatings<br />
Wise Chem is a high performance, multi-purpose two-component<br />
Amine Epoxy coating. Wise Chem coatings are a one-coat<br />
application that cures quickly and adheres well to itself. It creates an<br />
effective safety barrier between wet substrate and molten aluminium<br />
to reduce the risk of molten aluminium explosion. The coating is<br />
effective at inhibiting rust formation on exposed steel parts.<br />

Pyrocoat FM<br />
Pyrocoat FM is graphite-based, non-reflective, energy absorbing<br />
coating that is applied to the surface of aluminium prior to melting,<br />
typically in a dry hearth furnace. This coating reduces the reflectivity<br />
of the aluminium, thereby increasing the absorption of radiant heat<br />
into the aluminium.<br />

The FIM5 enhances flux injection while<br />

Flux injectors can be used in either a large<br />
aluminium holding furnace connected to a<br />
long flux wand, or a smaller batch crucible<br />
