Service-Level<br />
A. Data Transfer<br />
Pure data transfer from or to a partner via https or OFTP.<br />
May also be ordered in <strong>com</strong>bination with the other services.<br />
B. Data Conversion<br />
Includes data conversion to the selected target system. If required the data transfer<br />
service may be used in addition (transfer cost will be added).<br />
C. Data Conversion with Quality Assurance<br />
Includes data conversion and quality assurance. If required the data transfer<br />
service may be used in addition (transfer costs will be added).<br />
D. Data Conversion with Quality Assurance and OEM-Specific Adaptation<br />
Includes data conversion with quality assurance and OEM-specific adaptation. If<br />
required the data transfer service may be used in addition (transfer costs will be<br />
added).<br />
Rates:<br />
Registration: € 500,00<br />
One-time fee, includes<br />
- the provision fee for the first contract year<br />
- 300,00 € of this amount will be credited against the turnovers occurring<br />
within the first three months after registration.<br />
Provision: € 350,00 / year<br />
- includes the provision and usage of all service levels<br />
Administration: € 300,00 / agreement<br />
- includes the review and administration of customer specific<br />
confidentiality agreements<br />
Reactivation: € 350,00<br />
- reactivation after account was blocked<br />

Volume Rate: € 1,90 / MB<br />
Flatrate: € 6.000,00 / year<br />
- includes the annual provision fee<br />
- maximum of 10 GB data transfer per year<br />
- for more than 10 GB / year special rates apply<br />

All prices are subject to statutory VAT.<br />
Important Information:<br />
In case an invoice is not paid according to the payment terms, a reminder will be sent<br />
indicating the new due date and including the announcement, that the account/service<br />
will be blocked if no payment occurs within the stipulated time limit.<br />
If no payment is received up to the new due date, the account will be blocked. The<br />
account can only be reactivated if payment of the unpaid invoice occurs within 3<br />
months after the blocking of the account. In this case a reactivation fee of € 350,00 will<br />
be due. Once the reactivation is in effect existing partner connections remain in use.<br />
If no reactivation occurs within 3 months after the account is blocked, the account and<br />
its respective partner connections will be permanently deleted. A reactivation will no<br />
longer be possible. If the service is to be used again after this deadline, a new<br />
registration will be required!<br />
