Mount lockwasher, adjust<br />

screw, nut and split.<br />

Cap is mounted for adjustment.<br />

Mount new O-rings<br />

After adjustment, remove<br />

cap and lock the<br />

Adjusting the opening pressure:<br />

After overhaul, adjustment of the relief pressure is needed.<br />

The relief pressure adjusting mechanisms are adjustable within<br />

the span given<br />

for the approved Configuration.<br />

For this operation, a PRES-VAC Test Rig is recommended.<br />

For further instructions, look in the manual.<br />

Lift and remove top unit<br />

from housing.<br />

Inspect and clean top<br />

unit and housing.<br />

Screw and remount inner<br />

magnet part.<br />

Grease lifter<br />

Adjustment is done as described below:<br />

• Unlock the lock washer, and unscrew the nut<br />

• To increase the opening pressure setting, turn the adjusting<br />

screw clock-wise<br />

• To decrease the opening pressure setting, turn the adjusting<br />

screw<br />

counter-clock-wise<br />

• Remount the lock washer, mount the nut and lock the lock<br />

washer again.<br />

Warning: Do not clean in ultrasonic bath
