An Overview
It is time to learn while you earn.
The Professional Certifi cate in Training &
Development is a weekend programme designed
for working professionals. It is completed on a
part-time basis in 6 months. The training sessions
are held outside of working hours and during
weekends.
The convenient schedule will permit working
professionals to manage their time effi ciently
between work, home and study. The curriculum
and delivery is structured to refl ect the needs
of current as well as aspiring learning &
development executives and managers.
During the assessment phase of this programme,
candidates must apply their learnings to the
business their organisations are engaged in, or to
their own business
Assessment
Candidates will be required to submit 3 practical
applied assignments during the entire duration of
the programme. Each applied assignment must
have 2500 words. This will be concluded with an
additional and fi nal written assessment.

Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in any discipline from a
recognised university or professional body, with at least one year working
experience OR

executive level and above
Those that do not satisfy the above may apply to the University. Admission into the programme
will be subject to approval by the Admissions Committee.
