18 stili #23. 2007 Hyatt Park Tbilisi A new HYATT complex, comprising hotel and business sections, will be built on the right bank of Mtkvari river, behind the Circus. Authors of the design are BBG (Brennan Beer Gorman) architects; on the Georgian side, the initiative is coordinated by architect Gogi Sulaberidze. The project, implying construction of a 40-storey complex, is now studied by the Architectural Office of Tbilisi. The project, consisting of two main high-rise constructions, is going to become one of the city landmarks, activating the urban context and enriching the existing architectural surroundings.
