A narrow paved street in old <strong>Tbilisi</strong>, lined with shady nooks, minuscule open squares, buildings of different ages,<br />
each having its own story and individuality… So easy to plunge headlong into this game of time and get lost among<br />
these distant whispers of time…<br />
Tarovine is a small wine tavern. Its design – the interior and the small square in front of the tavern – belongs<br />
to architects Sandro Takaishvili and Lenka Tsitsishvili. The authors spent a great deal of effort to develop a thematic<br />
scenario, which resulted in an impressive exposition. Design theme represents a decoration from relatively<br />
recent historical past. A variety of attractive items, accessories (photo-portraits of the ancestors of Tarovine owners,<br />
a phonograph, old song records), nestling in the tavern, harmoniously match the spatial solution of this small world,<br />
saturated with the aura of artistic and intellectual ‘underground’.<br />
