<strong>Federal</strong> <strong>Commander</strong> <strong>Digital</strong> <strong>System</strong><br />

After selecting Map from the <strong>SFCD</strong>WARE <strong>System</strong> window, the map window is displayed. The<br />

Map window is displayed on top of the main <strong>SFCD</strong>WARE <strong>System</strong> window and will overlap any<br />

other <strong>SFCD</strong>WARE <strong>System</strong> window already displayed. The original <strong>SFCD</strong>WARE <strong>System</strong> window<br />

headings will not be visible when the map is maximized.<br />

Map Description<br />

The map screen allows the display of bitmaps that have been previously installed in the system.<br />

Any number of maps can be installed up to a maximum of twenty. Dots may be placed on each<br />

map, which represent siren sites. These dots are color coded to represent the status of the site<br />

number assigned to them:<br />

Blue Reset Condition – No status information received since Reset Status.<br />

Steady Green Siren is not sounding; No faults detected.<br />

Steady Red Siren is not sounding; Faults detected.<br />

Flashing Green Siren is currently sounding; No faults detected.<br />

Flashing Red Siren is currently sounding; Faults detected.<br />

Flashing Yellow Local Activation or False Alarm has occurred.<br />

Violet Communication Failure.<br />

Note: The color status represents the site conditions at the time of the last poll response.<br />

When the mouse pointer is moved to a siren site dot, the site is highlighted and the site name is<br />
