This selection is used to manually build and send a SmartMsg. The Build Smart Message dialog<br />
will be displayed:<br />
TO<br />
Message recipients can be selected by clicking the TO button and selecting recipients from the<br />
object selection form that appears.<br />
Subject<br />
Enter subject of this message in the Subject textbox.<br />
Priority<br />
The three message priority levels are High, Medium and Low. Each message is assigned one of<br />
these priorities.<br />
Custom Response<br />
Standard messages require a simple acknowledgement via an OK button. When a custom<br />
response is added to a message, the recipient is required to answer questions or provide more<br />
information to acknowledge a message.<br />
