Update User<br />
<strong>Federal</strong> <strong>Commander</strong> <strong>Digital</strong> <strong>System</strong><br />
Tool Menu: Access to Tool menu items, with the exception of User Setup<br />
Manual Activation: All non-Hotkey activation<br />
Send SmartMsg: Access to the manual Send SmartMsg function<br />
Public Address (VOIP): Access to the Public Address (VOIP) hotkey button<br />
Terminate: Ability to terminate the <strong>Commander</strong> software<br />
Global Administrator: Full privileges, all other privileges are ignored if this is selected<br />
Activation Hotkey: Selects which hotkeys are available to this user<br />
To update an existing user perform the following steps:<br />
1. Select a user in the list<br />
2. Update desired fields and privileges<br />
3. Click “Update User‟<br />
Note: All user names must be unique. Users are not automatically saved or updated when<br />
switching users or closing the User Setup dialog.<br />
Delete Selected User<br />
This button deletes the currently selected user in the user list.<br />
Delete All Users<br />
This button deletes all users. Caution: A system with no users is “Open”, allowing Global<br />
Administrator privileges to everyone.<br />
