the L<strong>an</strong>caster dem<strong>an</strong>d theory <strong>an</strong>d the r<strong>an</strong>dom utility theory (RUT). The<br />

utility function of individual i <strong>an</strong>d its relev<strong>an</strong>t indirect utility model for<br />
