INSTRUCTIONS
1. This application form must be completed by the governing body of the applicant
public school.
2. Every applicant must complete Parts A and F of this application form and
submit the documents listed in Part E.
3. In addition, applicants for:
a. overdraft approval must complete Part B;
b. loan approval must complete Part C; and
c. investment of surplus money must complete Part D.

The governing body states that the overdraft facility is not required in order
to meet unbudgeted, irregular or unauthorised expenditure by the school
and undertakes that, in the event that approval is granted for it to enter into
an overdraft agreement, the facility will not be used for purposes of such
expenditure.
