verrig.<br />

• Daarvoor word die<br />

• In all businesses an<br />

employer/employee<br />

relationship exists.<br />

• The employee agrees,<br />

through contract of<br />

employment, to perform<br />

certain work for the<br />

• Inklusiwiteit beteken<br />

om elke persoon ‘n<br />

gelyke kans te gee.<br />

• Daar moet dus geen<br />

diskriminasie wees op<br />

die basis van ras,<br />

ouderdom, geslag, en<br />

seksuele oriëntasie of<br />

gebrek.<br />

2. Inclusivity in the<br />

workplace.<br />

• Inclusivity means<br />

giving everybody an<br />

equal chance.<br />

• There must be no<br />

discrimination on the<br />

basis of race, age,<br />

gender, sexual<br />

orientation or<br />

disabilities.<br />
