c) The process of preparing Volumes 3 and 4 would involve ongoing information‐gathering. It
would therefore not be practical and appropriate to, at this stage, consider Volume 2 as a
final and complete product. Volume 2 should rather be seen as ‘work in progress’ to be
completed together with Volumes 3 and 4.

The table below lists the comments made during the meeting, the response of the service
provider, and the rectification agreed upon (the notes taken by the DRD&LR are appended under
Annexure 2).
