NORTHERN CAPE PROVINCIAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK MINUTES OF PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE REGARDING VOLUME 2 29 NOVEMBER 2011 1 INTRODUCTION The Project Steering Committee (PSC) met on 29 November 2011 at the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley. The purpose of the meeting was to: a) Discuss Consultative Draft 2 of Volume 2 of the PSDF and the comments received from the committee members prior to the meeting. b) Provide committee members and the service provider with an opportunity to address and clarify aspects of uncertainty. c) Reach concensus regarding the way forward as it relates to Volume 2. d) Discuss the relationship between Volume 2 and Volumes 3 and Volume 4 and the methodolgy and way forward as it relates to Volumes 3 and 4. e) Consider the approval of Volume 2 in accordance with the recommendation of the Project Steering Committee. The meeting was chaired by Ms Jakoba Meyer of the Office of the Premier.
