DSU Sports Hall of Fame
The Delta State University Sports Hall of Fame was established in
1971 by the Athletic Alumni Association to recognize former coaches,
athletic directors and administrators who compiled outstanding records
while at DSU. A permanent plaque listing each athlete’s accomplishments
is placed on the first floor of the H.L. Nowell Union Building to
honor those who have contributed a foot-print in time to the success of
Statesmen and Lady Statesmen in intercollegiate athletic competition.
