The marine markets are interconnected
around the world. Ostensibly. At second
glance, they are the result of a system
that is quite regionalized. The business
grows out of the local sites. Even our
existing partner companies, small and
large, make decisions and take action
purely at the local level. We adapt to this
by developing our business from stable
branch offices using local strategies.
Using short communications channels
from the local sites to Hamburg and back,
we accelerate the necessary coordination
and decision-making processes, and with
controlling throughout the Group, we
ensure profitability. In the future, we will
develop our business even more from
the markets – close to the customers
and directly at the project.
