Implementer Conversion
Control Properties
Description
Generating and Configuring the Conversion Properties File
mks.implementer.dr.issue_type Defines the MKS Integrity issue type to use for DRs, for example,
Defects.
mks.implementer.sr.issue_type Defines the MKS Integrity issue type to use for SRs, for example,
Features.
Design Request and Service Request Field Conversion
Properties and Definitions
Referring to the table on page 448, the field definitions for the design request and service
request conversion properties are as follows:
mks.implementer.dr and mks.implementer.sr indicate whether this field is part of
a design request or service request.
intmgrfield is the MKS Integrity field to contain the converted DesignTracker data for
a specific DesignTracker field.
In the following example, the MKS Integrity field Priority contains the converted
requester priority for a DR
mks.implementer.dr.intmgrfield.requester_priority=Priority
value is the value to assign in MKS Integrity that replaces the value in DesignTracker
In the following example, the MKS Integrity field Priority uses the new values of High
for A, Medium for B, and Low for C:
mks.implementer.dr.value.requester_priority.A=High
mks.implementer.dr.value.requester_priority.B=Medium
mks.implementer.dr.value.requester_priority.C=Low
NOTE
The initial MKS Integrity field values specified in the conversion properties file
come from the description of the value in DesignTracker. Alternately, you can
edit the description in DesignTracker and recreate the conversion properties file.
For more information, see the table on page 438.
Any spaces in DesignTracker values automatically translate to an underscore “_”
in the value entry. Because this file is built from master files, if any values used in
the DesignTracker database are not listed in the master file, you need to add
those values. If the values contain blanks, you must substitute an underscore for
the blanks. Underscore values are not required when specifying the new
MKS Integrity value.
