Receiver Library Name (RCVLIB)
Implementer Data Areas
The RCVLIB data area on the host system contains the name of the Implementer Receiver
library for the remote system. It is a 10-character data area enclosed in single quotes. The
default value is ‘MKSIR’.
Change the data area value only if you use an Implementer Receiver library name other than
MKSIR on the remote system, or if you are running two parallel versions of Implementer,
and Implementer is used to send changes to remote systems.
NOTE If you have Implementer enabled for AllFusion 2E CM, this data area is in the
AllFusion 2E host library Y2SYCM and contains the name of the AllFusion 2E CM
Receiver library on the remote system (the default is Y2SYCR).
Authorized User of IFS Objects (SDMAUTUSR)
The SDMAUTUSR data area stores the user profile Implementer uses to manage all objects
that exist outside of the QSYS library, for example, IFS files and directories.
The default value is ‘SDMAUTUSR’ (enclosed in single quotes). The user profile is created
with a random password and the following characteristics: all object special authority,
enabled status, a current (non expired) password.
To use a different profile, specify a user profile that has the same characteristics to enable
Implementer to properly manage objects outside of the QSYS library. Use the Change User
Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command to set the characteristics as follows:
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(name)
PASSWORD(password)
STATUS(*ENABLED)
SPCAUT(*ALLOBJ)
PWDEXPITV(*NOMAX)
In addition, the user profile must be enrolled in the system distribution directory by using the
Work with Directory Entries (WRKDIRE) command. A user ID entry of *ALL is not sufficient.
IMPORTANT Implementer uses the SDMAUTUSR user profile and password to
access an NT Server for IFS object management on a mounted drive. For this
purpose the user profile and password must be identical and the values defined on
the iSeries must be the same user profile and password defined on the NT Server.
For details, see “Mounted Drive Support for IFS Objects” on page 159.
Remote Job Queue (IRJOBQ)
The IRJOBQ data area contains the name of the remote job queue. It is used along with data
area IRSBMMTD, which stores the job submission method. The data area is located on the
remote system in the Implementer Receiver library (default is MKSIR).
