To select users
1 In the Enrolled Users list, click a user.

To select a block of users, click the first user and while pressing SHIFT, click the last
user. To omit selective users, press CTRL and click the user.
To select multiple users, press CTRL and click each user.
To select all enrolled users, enable the Select ALL users option. To omit selective
users, press CTRL and click the user.
2 Click Next. The Environment list displays.
Selecting Environments
The Environment list displays the environments that users work in.
You can use a variety of selection criteria to limit the view of environments. For example, you
can select all environments, or any combination of development, QA, and production
environments.
You may want to filter by environment type. For example, you can select just development or
production environments, or all development and all QA environments.
