The Capability Wizard is a graphical user interface (GUI) tool designed to minimize the setup
and maintenance of user authorities in Implementer. It allows you to rapidly reflect new
business rules quickly, by changing the capabilities of multiple users or environments with a
single action.
The administrator, or anyone responsible for working with user authorities in Implementer,
can benefit from using this time saving application tool. The major advantage to using the
Capability Wizard over the Work with Users function is that it allows you to process
concurrent changes to the capabilities for multiple users and environments.
The Capability Wizard requires adding new users through the Work with Users function, as
well as adding new environments through Work with Environments function, both
accessible from the Implementer Menu. You can create the initial records with the minimum
requirements, and use the time-efficient Capability Wizard to complete the setup and
perform ongoing maintenance.
