2 Follow the Domino Designer instructions for creating custom tools.<br />

Lotus Domino Integration<br />

In the Tool Name field, specify a text description to identify the menu item, for<br />

example, <strong>Implementer</strong> Check Out.<br />

In the Tool Action field, enable Run program.<br />

In the Tool Action text box, type the HTTP address location to access the<br />

<strong>Implementer</strong> Web function, for example:<br />

address for Web check out:<br />

http://system_name/cgi-bin/imweb?cmd=chkout<br />

address for Web reject:<br />

http://system_name/cgi-bin/imweb?cmd=reject<br />

address for Web promotion:<br />

http://system_name/cgi-bin/imweb?cmd=crtrqs<br />

From the Tool Context list, click the options that control when the tool is available.<br />

3 Click OK to create the tool and add the tool to the Tools menu.<br />

4 Repeat steps 1–3 for each <strong>Implementer</strong> Web function: check out, reject, and promotion.<br />

Once you complete this task, the <strong>Implementer</strong> Web functions are accessible from the<br />

Tools menu as illustrated next.<br />
