To create the special command for a remote environment
1 From Work with Environments, select the remote Lawson environment with option
19=Special commands and press ENTER. The Work with Special Commands panel
displays.
2 Press F6=Create. The Expanded Command Display panel displays.
3 Define the fields as follows:
In the For Action field, type 4=Move.
In the When to do field, type 2=After-OK.
In the Sequence number field, type 1.0. If the environment has other special
commands, specify the number in relation to the other special commands.
In the Command field, type the following command syntax:
IEXCRQSDTL OBJCODE(*ALL)
RQSNBR(#RQSNBR)
TARGET(ENV_NAME)
COMMAND(PCRTPRNT7 LAWENV(#TRGENV) LAWAPP(AP)
SOURCE(#SRCFIL) MEMBER(#SRCMBR))
4 Press ENTER to add the command.

No. The CL program delivered in QSAMPLE executes the LAWENV command to set the
library list and Lawson environment variables to ensure the LID-created objects are created
successfully.
How are you able to run the LAWENV program in a submitted program?
Passing blanks as the second parameter allows the LAWENV program to run in batch.
Do I need to change the Implementer job description to include Lawson libraries?
No. During check out and promotion Implementer uses the environment library list to
perform the required library manipulation.
