DT Call Association Properties
SCLibrary Name of your SupportCenter library or the library that contains the HDPHDRP file.
SCUser User profile that has authority to the library defined for SCLibrary.
SCPassword Password associated with the SCUser property.
HDDSN Name of the ODBC data source that points to the help desk database to extract call
information from.
HDUser User ID to access the help desk database defined for the HDDSN property.
HDPassword Password associated with the HDUser property.
HDDRSelectSQL SQL statement that retrieves call information to generate SupportCenter call header
records associated with DesignTracker DRs. The SQL select statement must include
the following fields in the order listed.
Call ID, 10a
Customer Number, 10a
Customer Name, 30a
Product Name, 10a
Allocated to, 10a
Waiting on, 10a
Call Status, 1a
Design Request #, 5,0
HDSRSelectSQL SQL statement that retrieves call information to generate SupportCenter call header
records associated with DesignTracker SRs. The SQL select statement must include
