Support for SQL
AllFusion 2E Change Management Integration
3 Source in an alternate source file in a library other than the generation library.
Create an XCB object code.
On the Environment Object Code Override panel, change the object library value to
the library you want to store the EXCUSRPGM object in. (Use the F8=Object code
override on the Change Environment panel.)
Change the Environment Object Code Override source location library to the library
to store the EXCUSRPGM source in.
Regardless of the scenario, perform the following steps in AllFusion 2E for each
EXCUSRPGM or EXCUSRSRC.
4 When editing the function in AllFusion 2E, change the language from CLP, RPG, or CBL
to XCB.
5 Display the AllFusion 2E Edit Generation Types panel, and change the name of the SCB
source types source file to the source file name used on the XCB object code definition in
Implementer.
To define an environment for 3GL source and object processing associated with
EXCUSRSRC and EXCUSRPGM functions
1 From the Implementer Menu, type option 42, Environments, to display the Work with
Environments panel.
2 Select the AllFusion 2E environment with option 10=AllFusion 2E and press ENTER.
3 In the User source and user program promotion method field, specify one of the
following values:
1=Dependent Automatically adds associated implementation source and
objects to the promotion request.
2=Independent Does not add the associated implementation source and
objects. This is the default value.
IMPORTANT If you change the environment to add dependent objects, do not have
any 3GL source and objects checked out that are associated with a model object.
Implementer supports the SQL-related generation options available in earlier releases of
AllFusion 2E. This includes the creation of SQL tables, indices, and views, and the
corresponding functions that create RPG SQL and COBOL programs.
