6 Proceed as follows:
a) Optionally specify an existing MKS Integrity issue or press F4 to prompt the Select
Issue panel. Implementer applies this issue to the items checked in during the
population process.
b) Specify the job queue parameters as needed, and press ENTER. This creates the
environment project in MKS Source and submits a job to populate the environment
based on the values you specify.
If you are performing this step to re-enable an environment project that was previously
archived, a message confirms the action and explains that any interim development
performed while archiving was off causes interim gaps in the MKS Source archives.
Because of this, the first revision of an item checked in to MKS Source after re-enabling
may have changes that occurred in multiple promotions when the environment was not
enabled, appearing as though they all occurred during the last promotion.
During the environment population, on the Work with Product Version Environments
panel, the Archived by MKS Source field shows the interim value I to indicate the
environment population is in process. If you attempt to change the field value from I to
N while the process is active, an error message notifies you of the active job and advises
you wait for the job to complete. You also cannot change the field value from I to
