The following tasks describe how to define the trigger for this feature. For details on event<br />

triggers, see the <strong>MKS</strong> Integrity Server <strong>2006</strong> <strong>Administration</strong> <strong>Guide</strong>.<br />

To define an event trigger<br />

1 Open an <strong>MKS</strong> Integrity <strong>Administration</strong> Client session and navigate to the Triggers view.<br />

2 Do one of the following to display the Type panel on the Create Trigger dialog box:<br />

Select Trigger > Create.<br />

Right click and select Create.<br />

Click .<br />

3 In the Name field, specify a name for the new trigger, for example, Promote Issue.<br />

4 Select Rule Based Change Trigger.<br />

5 (Optional). To enter a description for the event trigger, click the Description tab.<br />

6 On the Description panel, specify a description in the field.<br />

7 Click the Rule tab to define a rule for the trigger. The Rule panel displays.
