IMPORTANT The following setup tasks are required only to promote Implementer
Enable Promotions From MKS Integrity
This is an optional feature that allows you to create and promote Implementer requests from
within MKS Integrity. This feature has setup tasks in both MKS Integrity and Implementer.
This section describes the setup tasks required in MKS Integrity. For details on the
Implementer setup tasks, see “Enable Promotions From MKS Integrity” on page 242. For an
page 201.
MKS Integrity workflow. Add the states needed.
Verify an e-mail server is defined in the MKS Integrity im.properties or
is.properties file (for problem notification).
Verify an e-mail address exists for the MKS Integrity user ID responsible for changing
issue states that cause the creation of promotion requests (for problem notification).
Modify a JavaScript file with user-defined values.
Add a new trigger for the state change.
Basic information on completing these tasks is described next. For detailed information, see
the MKS Integrity Server 2006 Administration Guide.
