Project Leader: Any Environment Type
The project leader or a user profile that has move capabilities has the next ascending level of
authority to maintain and monitor change activity. This person might be a senior developer,
analyst, project leader, or manager. This user typically creates projects, manages concurrent
development, and moves developer-created promotion requests into the environments the
administrator controls. The following table lists the typical settings for environment
administrators for production, development, and quality assurance environments.
