Environments<br />

In the Print object codes rules field, specify whether to include object name rules if<br />

defined for the environment. Type Y to print object name rules. The default value N<br />

omits object name rules.<br />

In the Output Queue and Library fields, specify the standard OS/400 submit job<br />

parameters as required.<br />

3 Press ENTER. A message at the lower-left of the panel confirms the report submitted.<br />

Third Party Integration Prerequisites<br />

The following information pertains to working with environments when using <strong>Implementer</strong><br />

with certain third party integrations.<br />

AS/SET Prerequisites<br />

To perform the initial setup for an AS/SET environment<br />

1 In System Control Maintenance, type Y in the AS/SET installed field and press ENTER.<br />

This allows you to define a standard environment with AS/SET information.<br />

2 In the Work with Environments panel, select the environment with option 11=AS/SET<br />

and press ENTER to display the Change Environment panel.<br />

3 In the AS/SET application set field, type the name of an existing application set.<br />

4 In the Archive application set field, type the name of the archive application set to<br />

archive AS/SET definitions.<br />

5 On the Change Environment panel, specify the number of archive versions in the<br />

Archive Versions field. In addition, specify the source library and archive library for<br />

traditional objects, and the required number of versions.<br />

6 Press ENTER. The Work with Environments panel displays.<br />

After completing this step, the Special environment field in the second Change<br />

Environment panel displays AS/SET. For details on configuring AS/SET integration, see<br />

page 316.<br />

LANSA Prerequisites<br />

To perform the initial setup for a LANSA environment<br />

1 In System Control Maintenance, type Y in the LANSA installed field and press ENTER.<br />

This allows you to define a standard environment with LANSA information.<br />

2 In the Work with Environments panel, select the environment with option 12=LANSA,<br />

and press ENTER to display the Change Environment panel.<br />

3 In the LANSA partition name field, type the name of the partition.<br />
