To change promotion scheduling defaults
1 From the Work with Environments panel, select the environment with option
13=Promotion Scheduling and press ENTER. The Change Environment Promotion
Scheduling panel displays.

2 Specify the Request Submission Defaults for the following stages of promotion:
Model copy fields (for AllFusion 2E environments), or Compile fields for traditional
environments.
It is not necessary to change the scheduling defaults from *CURRENT, *SYSCTL, and N
for Hold on job queue. Override options are available for each promotion step, (for
example, export if a LANSA environment, compile, move, and distribute) and archiving.
If the to and from time settings cross over into the next day, for example, from Day 1 at
8:00 p.m. to Day 2 at 4:00 a.m., it uses the *CURRENT default that the second time period
falls on in the second day and schedules accordingly.
3 Press PAGE DOWN to display the second Promotion Scheduling panel and specify the
Request Submission Defaults for the distribute (or export if a LANSA environment) and
move stages of the promotion.
4 Press ENTER to process the update.
